Aquinas College Athletic Field
Please park in Woodward Lot, number 27 (see map below for guidance).
Schedule:
- 12:30pm – 12:45pm: Check-in at our welcome table (Woodward Lane. entrance). AQ Men’s Rugby team members will be onsite to direct you to the classroom we'll be meeting in.
- 12:45pm - 1:15pm: PowerPoint presentation & Q & A begins
- 1:15 – 1:30pm | Boots on / Warm-up prep
- 1:30 – 2:00pm | Warm-up & fitness testing (Bronco test is optional)
- 2:00 – 3:15pm | Skill development block
- 3:15 – 4:15pm | Skill development & game scenario drills
- 4:15pm | Warm down & stretch
What to Bring:
- Comfortable training attire (shorts, t-shirt)
- Water bottle
- Running shoes & rugby boots/cleats
- Mouthguard (no full contact, but recommended)
- A positive attitude
