Aquinas College Winter Rugby Camp

Aquinas College Men's Rugby welcomes male high school students to the 2025 Men's Winter Rugby Camp. This camp is committed to providing skill instruction and player development in all basic aspects of rugby, suitable for both new and experienced players. Led by Head Coach Lance Hohaia, we will be providing fun, team focused activities designed to showcase your talents.

12:45pm - 1:30pm: PowerPoint presentation, and Q & A
1:30pm - 2:00pm: Warm up & fitness testing (bronco test)
2:00pm - 3:15pm: Skill development block
3:15pm - 4:15pm: Skill development & game scenario drills
4:15pm: Warm down
4:30pm: Clinic conclusion
